ATM Green PIN Service and Sarvatra Cardsafe Application

Business Bank provides ATM Green PIN Services on all Business Bank ATM’s and Sarvatra Cardsafe Mobile Applications is ready for customers to control their ATM Card Limit and set ATM PIN.

Sarvatra Cardsafe Mobile Application

Customer has a total control on his ATM EMV debit card.
Customer can activate or deactivate his ATM card using cardsafe Mobile application.
Customer can set LIMIT of ATM card (ATM/POS/ECOM) using cardsafe Mobile application.
Customer can change his ATM PIN using cardsafe Mobile application.
This application is available on Goolge Play Store. You have to search Sarvatra cardsafe app in play store.
First time you have to entered the registered mobile number and set the PIN for app.

ATM Green PIN Service

Now in case customer forget its ATM PIN , he can set the ATM PIN from any Business Bank ATM. There is no requirement to send the application for new ATM PIN. New Debit card customers can set the PIN on ATM.

The features of the Green Pin are as under

Customer can reset their ATM PIN instantly using Green PIN solution.
Green PIN generation on ATMs for existing and new customers.
Green PIN OTP can be generated only on our Bank ATMs.

Customer who has opted Green PIN need to validate OTP and change PIN in first use.
Secure, convenient, anywhere and anytime.
ATM Debit Card PIN creation is available 24*7.
The service helps in paper saving and Go-Green movement.

The Transaction Flow is as mentioned below

To Green PIN (Generate Pin) Insert your card and press Green PIN Option
Click on Generate OTP-(Step -1).
Enter your full account number (013205XXXXXX) linked to the Debit/ ATM Card and press confirm button.
OTP generated.
Generated OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Kindly press exit and perform -2 Enter OTP from Green PIN Option.
To Enter OTP, Insert your card and press Generate Green Pin Option
Click on Enter OTP-(Step -2).
Enter OTP and Press Confirm.
System will verify the OTP
After OTP Verification system will redirect to set new PIN Screen, please enter your new PIN
Please Re enter your new PIN
System will give you success message

Mobile number mapping with card

For Green PIN it is necessary to have mobile number to be mapped for respective account holder. Other-wise application will not be able to generate OTP and because of this account holder will not be in position to perform setting of PIN for new card or old card. So Customer needs to provide the correct Mobile number of ATM account.

Do's

Download application through valid platforms like google play store, app store etc.

Make sure you login and initiate mobile banking transaction in complete privacy

After completing transaction, make sure you logged out of application successfully.

For every transaction, you will receive sms alert to your registered mobile number. If you find any unauthorized mobile banking transaction in your account, please take up with your branch immediately.

Review your account statements frequently to check for any unauthorised transactions.

In case of any failed transactions, please take up with your branch/send mail from your registered mail id to official mail id (Add The Bank Mail ID)

Change your mobile banking application passwords (MPIN &TPIN) frequently.

In case your mobile phone is lost / stolen, please de register your mobile banking immediately through base branch (or please contact our contact centre).

Don'ts

Please do not share your passwords / do not store it in your Mobile handset.

Never let anyone see you entering your application password (MPIN/TPIN).

Don't transfer funds without due validation of the recipient, as funds once transferred cannot be reversed.

Never use application password (MPIN/TPIN) that can be easily guessed Ex: 1111/2222/1234/ Birth year, mobile number/telephone number.

Don't install and use mobile banking application in someone else device.

BCB Bank does not make calls, asking for your Mobile banking passwords. If any caller pretends to be from our Bank / Contact Centre, please do not entertain such requests as they are fraudulent entities.

Avoid using unsecured, unknown Wi-Fi networks. Never access Mobile Banking application on unsecured public Wi-Fi.
